HRV, or Heart Rate Variability, measures the tiny changes in time between your heartbeats. It acts as an adaptability score for your nervous system. A high HRV means your body handles stress well. A low HRV means you are stressed or tired.
Once your Apple Watch, Oura, or Whoop is linked in the TTL app, your HRV trend and recovery show up here.

Somatic Practitioner
Devoted to emotional wellbeing, nervous system care, and embodied living.
Before true longevity can be discussed — before diet, testing, or any longevity protocol can be truly effective — the nervous system must first feel safe.
When the body is stuck in survival mode from chronic stress, anxiety, compulsive thinking, or unresolved trauma, it cannot invest in repair, restoration, or optimization. The body has to feel safe before it can spend energy on longevity.
Emotional experiences are not held in the mind alone. They are stored and expressed throughout the body and nervous system, shaping how we perceive safety, relate to others, and respond to the world. Experiences of trauma, chronic stress, relational pain, and adversity often create lasting patterns that continue long after the original event has passed. These patterns become adaptive strategies that influence emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily life.
At sensesbaja.com, Danielle supports individuals in gently bringing awareness to these patterns through the wisdom of the body. Through sensation, emotion, movement, breath, and relational experience, clients begin to develop new ways of relating to themselves — with greater awareness, emotional capacity, and self-compassion.
This is the bedrock layer of longevity. When the nervous system is supported in moving out of survival mode, the body becomes available for deeper healing and sustainable optimization.
Live sessions are provided by Danielle at Senses: A Somatic Experience, and billed separately.
